How to book an appointment

Submit an online request via the new client or existing client links below. The first appointment will be a brief phone call to help us understand your needs and support you to access the most appropriate service. Please notify our staff if you have particular access, mobility, communication, or other needs at this time.

If you are looking to book on behalf of someone else, please note that students must give their consent to participate in ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵCounselling and ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵStudent Safety and Wellbeing services. In line with person-centered and trauma-informed care principles, we recommend that students are supported to complete their own online request form in the first instance.

If you need to speak to someone while awaiting your appointment, you can contact the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵWellbeing and Support Line on 1300 050 327 or text 0488 884 170, available 24/7. You can also visit the Urgent support webpage for other support services available.

If you have any difficulties completing the online request forms, or have not heard from our services after five working days from when you submit the form, please contact our Administration team on 02 6125 2211 and select option 1.

If you are seeking support or to make a disclosure following an incident of harmful behaviour (including sexual assault and sexual harassment) please complete the disclosure tool at Harmful Behaviours Disclosure Response and Support, or contact the Student Safety and Wellbeing team at student.wellbeing@anu.edu.au.
